Florida State won its fourth straight game by at least 25 points with a 49-17 victory over Louisiana. The Seminoles improved to 8-3 on the season behind 440 yards of total offense and a defense that registered 6.0 tackles for loss, including 4.0 sacks, and a season-high nine pass breakups. FSU posted its sixth straight 200-yard rushing game, topping that mark in the first half, and had two different players score two rushing touchdowns in a game for the first time since 2017.
